Propriety Legal ensures the quality of members’ work product in two ways: firstly, we aim at choosing members with expertise in certain areas of law, such as: Civil Procedure, Trade and Corporate Law, Business Organization, Real Estates or Administrative Procedure and practices; secondly, we conduct strict pre-screening of reputations of individuals or legal entities such as architects, letting agents, brokers or various operators and engineers we use by checking with clients, and other lawyers within their communities.
Reasonable Fees
Propriety Legal members recognize that clients are under pressure to control outside counsel costs. We are committed to charging fees that are reasonable based on what is customary in their geographic location and on the individual lawyer’s knowledge and experience without confronting legal prescriptions.
